The school was established in June ’63. Bal Vidyalay (Primary Section) and girls’ school started at that time. The girls’ school was established, when the slogans like ‘Beti Bachavo, Beti Padhao’ were not so much in public.

The school is always ahead in the matter of ICT in education: We have more pride in saying that we had 16 mm audio video projector in 1965 than in saying that we have most of the classes are smart - classes in our school our smart class.

With great support and co-operation from our clientele, we launched different and amazing ice creams. Coincidentally, people loved our taste and inventions. That helped us to become a loyal among our fans.

New education structure of 10+2 was created in 1976. The school started science, commerce and arts stream at that time. Many students have achieved rank at centre level, district level and state level in SSC and HSC (Science and Commerce). The school has so far produced innumerable doctors, engineers, lawyers, leaders and actors.

The school has always achieved results more than 80%. Since 2000 AD the school has been declared QDC (quality development centre) by District Education Officer.

The new body has taken over the schools since June 2014. Since then, it has been working in the following format:

The new trust has started working in different areas. Among them, community participation, students’ achievement, ICT in education etc are chief.
